Residential move categories
Local Moves – Moves that are 50 miles or less, within the state of Minnesota, are considered local moves. These services are generally charged by the hour and are calculated based on the size of the crew provided.
Intrastate Moves – Intrastate moves are those greater than 50 miles and within the state of Minnesota. Charges for these moves are calculated based on miles and the actual weight of your shipment.
Interstate Moves – Interstate moves are those that cross state line (e.g. Minnesota to Wisconsin or Minnesota to New York). Charges for these moves are calculated based on miles and the actual weight of your shipment.
